Graf Lambsdorff speaks at the 2014 CMEPS Welcome Ceremony

To celebrate the successful start of the new semester and welcome our new CMEPS students, we cordially invite you to the CMEPS welcome celebration on 16th December 2014 in the old town of Tübingen. We are delighted that  Alexander Count Lambsdorff, Vice President of the European Parliament and Chairman of the Executive Committee, European Endowment for Democracy, will speak about “Democracy and Human Rights: Challenges, Risks and Opportunities in Europe’s Neighbourhood”.
